Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are accepted only in the following situations:

• Item received is damaged or defective

• Incorrect product was delivered

To be eligible for a return:

• You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.

• Product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

• Provide photographs as evidence when requested.

Refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after the product is returned and inspected.
